We develop a personalized training plan, tailored to your needs. We are a training entity certified by Dgert.
During the training, participants will be guided through several active methodologies, such as:

These methodologies are some to use with a solid scientific basis and relevant research. We adapt the methodological choice depending on the personalized plan for the company. We also incorporate elements of Gamification and Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality to provide an immersive and dynamic experience. Depending on the program chosen, we include a Monitoring and Mentoring component, offering ongoing support to participants to apply the knowledge acquired in the business environment.
We provide extra online training modules (to be carried out at each person's own pace), complementing in-person or virtual classroom work, to be carried out between synchronous sessions, whether in the classroom or online.
